Site Layout & Roll Plan (Moasure Import)?

Import a Moasure CSV to overlay the roll plan, then apply it to a turf row. Guide

No layout imported yet for this project. Click "↑ Import CSV" to add one —
or start from scratch:
You can still Import CSV later to overlay a measured roll plan.

Job History Dashboard

Your quotes at a glance. Projects are quotes until you mark them Won or Lost (Status, top of the Quote Builder). Booked totals — revenue, turf, products — count won jobs only; pending quotes show as pipeline. Close rate is won ÷ (won + lost).

Paver Calculator

Work out how many pavers to order for an area. Uses the imported Moasure area by default, or enter an area by hand. Paver size and joint spacing are in inches.

Extra for cuts, breakage & pattern loss.
How this is calculated
Each paver tiles with a joint on two of its sides, so one paver takes up a grid cell of (length + spacing) × (width + spacing). Pavers needed = area ÷ that cell. The overage % is added on top for cuts, breakage and pattern loss, then the total is rounded up to whole pavers. "Face coverage of order" is the bare paver face the ordered count covers (no joints) — a quick cross-check. Sizes and spacing are in inches; area is in square feet. This tab is a standalone estimator — it doesn't change the turf quote.

Bark Dust / Mulch Calculator

Cubic yards to order for an area at a given depth, plus install labor. Uses the imported Moasure area by default, or enter one by hand.

River Rock Calculator

Cubic yards to order for an area at a given depth, plus install labor. Uses the imported Moasure area by default, or enter one by hand.

Vendor Pricing

Keep each supplier's price list here for quick reference — import a PDF, Excel (.xlsx), or CSV and switch between vendors. Drag a vendor chip (by the ⠿ grip) to reorder them. Vendor price lists now travel inside a full backup (the Back up now button in Settings → Backup & Sync), so they restore on other devices too.

Roll Settings?

Global defaults for the roll plan (15 ft × 100 ft standard). Editing with a project open asks: this job, or all.

Fixed product width — every roll is 15 ft wide.
Length of one physical roll (15 × 100) — the point where a long run gets split across rolls. Not what you order; that's Ordered Linear Ft (Layout sidebar), per job.
Total width trimmed off the roll for the S-seam — enter both edges combined, not per side (usable width = roll width − trim). E.g. 4 in means 4 in total.
Added once to each cut piece (a single allowance, not per end) before rounding up to the next whole foot.
Turf Products

These appear as options when creating a new project. All rolls are 15 ft wide.

Infill Products

Coverage per bag is used to calculate how many bags are needed based on installed sq ft.

Rock / Base Materials

Default depth is used to pre-fill the depth field on the Rock / Base card when this product is added.

Edging Materials

Edging/border products (bender board, etc.) with name, color, notes, and price per 20 ft board. Pick one per project on the Quote Builder's Edging card — its price feeds the quote and its name/color show on the supplier order.

Miscellaneous Items

One-off extras like putting cups, pavers, bark dust, river rock, etc. (Seam tape, glue, nails, and weed barrier are auto-calculated under Installation Consumables below.) These appear as selectable items when building a project.

Installation Consumables

Define the consumable products you use — you can add more than one per type (e.g. a 1-gal glue and a glue tube). Set a default per type for new jobs; then pick per project on the Quote Builder. Quantities auto-calculate: seam tape & glue from seam length, nails from total perimeter, weed barrier from turf area.

Labor Rates & Price Sheet

Define different rate sets for each crew. Drag a crew chip (by the ⠿ grip) to reorder them. Select which crew a project uses via the Crew dropdown in the topbar when a project is open.

Profit Margin

Applied to every quote option's cost (labor + materials + infill + edging + misc) to calculate the customer-facing sell price. Entered as a percentage of the SELL PRICE — e.g. a 30% margin on $700 in costs prices the job at $1,000 ($300 profit ÷ $1,000 = 30%).

Default Shipping

Default freight for every project without its own. Override per job on the Quote Builder tab.

Backup & Sync
Last backup: —

Back up now saves a complete backup file (projects, settings, and vendor price lists) — keep copies somewhere safe, like email or Google Drive, and import it back below. To back up only certain jobs, tick them in the sidebar list first and use Export Selected.

A red reminder appears in the sidebar once your last backup is this many days old. Default: 2.
